Watch the James Blake's Retrograde cover by Groenland

Groenland unveils today their cover of James Blake's song Retrograde, via Chart Attack! It has been recorded in what used to be Arcade Fire’s studio, at the Grand Lodge No. 24 studio in Farnham.

Retrograde has this mesmerizing, almost esoteric kind of vibe, and we were in love with it from the moment we heard the first notes. We felt it would be nice to see how Groenland could try and reinterpret the song with the strings, says lead-singer Sabrina Halde.

They’re currently in the studio recording their sophomore album.
