After winning over fans and critics alike with their debut album Montréal $ud in 2013, Dead Obies announce the arrival of their sophomore effort this winter 2016.
Always looking to push boundaries, the band will record the album, made of entirely new songs, in front of a live audience during a series of three concerts at PHI Center on October 14th, 15th, and 16th. This is a great opportunity for fans to be a part of the new album while the band captures the energy of a live show. Tickets for the shows are on sale now via deadobies.com and on PHI Center’s website.
To mark the occasion, Dead Obies are offering a glimpse of their new record by giving away four new tracks for free via deadobies.com.

After releasing their second album Composite a little over a year ago, Monogrenade unveils a video for Le fantôme and announces dates for their European tour following their participation in the 2015 FrancoFolies de Montréal.
Director Kristof Brandl (Antler) and director of photography Christophe Collette, with the help of stunning visual effects by SHED, challenges our perception of reality and memory by compiling images that are both ghostly and enthralling. The story follows a man who, having lost everything, receives a futuristic injection that allows him to relive his past.
Monogrenade will be part of the Tournée des Francos this year, alongside Belgian singer Antoine Chance and French trio Baden Baden. The band will also perform in several other cities throughout France.
