Groenland announce A Wider Space album and tour
More than three years after releasing their debut album, The Chase, the critically acclaimed debut record that sold over 32k copies in Canada, Montreal’s Groenland announce their return with a new studio album and upcoming tour dates across Canada this fall. The cinematic indie pop band’s sophomore effort, A Wider Space, will be available in stores and online on September 16th via Bonsound. Produced by Marcus Paquin (Local Natives, Arcade Fire, The National, Hey Rosetta!), the new album is filled with the lush string arrangements the group has become known for, yet also makes room for electronic touches and brass.

Groenland also announces a 25-plus-date tour in Canada, which will kick off at the Grosse Lanterne festival in Béthanie, QC on August 13th. A Wider Space official launch show will happen on Thursday, September 22nd at Club Soda, during POP Montreal.
