Following INSULA, her debut album released independently in 2022, Virginie B returned in September 2024 with Astral 2000, a second opus that blends catchy melodies, stylistic experimentation, and intricate textures with poetry that is at once introspective, profound, and accessible. Astral 2000 has garnered growing recognition since its release, culminating in a nomination at the 2025 ADISQ Gala in the Breakthrough Artist of the Year category.
