Milk & Bone: Natalie from the film King Dave
A month after the release of Podz’s film King Dave, Milk & Bone present Natalie, the film’s theme song, also featured in the film’s trailer. Podz discovered the electro-pop duo by chance at Osheaga last year and invited them to write the soundtrack for his next movie.
Embarking on this new challenge, Camille Poliquin and Laurence Lafond-Beaulne wrote King Dave’s mainly-instrumental soundtrack with the help of Gab Gagnon and Joseph Marchand towards the end of the summer of 2015. Shot in a single sequence, the feature film was awarded the Best Canadian Film prize by the public at the Fantasia International Film Festival.

This fall, Milk & Bone will close the Little Mourning tour (released in March 2015) with a few shows in Quebec, including a large-scale production in Montreal on November 10th at the Théâtre Maisonneuve, in the Quartier des Spectacles.
