Groenland shares a new single and heads back on tour!
After selling 25 000 copies of their debut album, The Chase, winner of the 2013 GAMIQ Pop Album of the Year award and nominated at the 2013 ADISQ for Album of the Year - Anglophone, Groenland presents a new song, one you may have already danced to during one of their shows. Don’t Fix Me Yet is streaming on Soundcloud, and is on sale on iTunes and bandcamp.
Back from a tour in Germany, during which they performed at Hamburg’s Reeperbahn Festival, the orchestral indie pop band will present their show in numerous cities this fall, kicking things off in Toronto at The Rivoli this Thursday, October 2nd. Nominated at this year’s ADISQ for Show of the Year - Other Languages, Groenland took part in many festivals in the past year (Osheaga, Montreal Jazz Festival, Festival d’été de Québec, CMQ, M For Montreal, Festival Off-Courts in France, etc.), and has played alongside reknown artists such as St. Vincent, Local Natives, Mac DeMarco and Half Moon Run.
