Following last fall’s announcement that Täbï Yösha had joined Bonsound’s label and publishing rosters, the singer now presents Pause, the first single off her upcoming EP to be released later this year. The sunny, sexy and powerful song was produced by French-Moroccan beatmaker Suiker, and showcases Täbï’s vulnerable side thanks to its sweet and sticky R&B beat. Pause was made to be played on the dancefloor, and is the perfect soundtrack to any spontaneous encounter. The song showcases the full extent of Täbï’s incredible vocal prowess.
With Pause, the R&B artist hopes that listeners get to know her authentic self, someone who bravely expresses herself through her music. Written on the spot while in the studio, Pause explores being unavailable to fall in love while still yearning for infatuation. It’s a song for those who like love to swirl around them without getting caught up in it, explains Täbï.
