Geoffroy signs with French booking agency Allo Floride and announces new tour dates

Geoffroy will kick off the summer season in Cannes, FR, where he will be the sole Canadian artist to play a showcase at Midem, a leading international event for the music ecosystem. Following his participation in the SOCAN showcase at the Printemps de Bourges festival a few weeks ago, this will be his second, but not last, trip to France. Recently, he signed with French booking agency Allo Floride.

Less than four months after launching his debut album Coastline to a sold-out Phi Centre, Geoffroy will co-headline a show at Club Soda (with KROY) on July 6th, as part of the Montreal International Jazz Festival. Tickets are on sale now. Geoffroy will also perform at other festivals this summer, including the FestiVoix de Trois-Rivières, the Festival d’été de Québec and Osheaga.

Co-produced by Gabriel Gagnon, Max Gendron and Geoffroy, Coastline features a solid mix of percussions, guitars, analog keyboards and synths, and woodwind instruments. Since its release in March 2017, the album has garnered over 2.5 million streams on Spotify. Geoffroy was also named Apple Music’s Favourite New Artist and his collaboration with Men I Trust, Thirsty, reached the top spot on HypeMachine, a barometer for different music trends on the blogosphere. Currently Stingray Music's Artist of the Month, the exclusive channel is made up of songs from Geoffroy's repertoire as well as songs from other artists he has personally selected.
