Safia Nolin and Elisapie nominated at the 2020 Canadian Folk Music Awards
Congrats to Safia Nolin and Elisapie who are both nominated at the 2020 Canadian Folk Music Awards! Safia is nominated in the French Songwriter of the Year category for her album Dans le noir and Elisapie is up for the Oliver Schroer Pushing the Boundaries Award with her album The Ballad of the Runaway Girl, which recognizes an artist taking creative risks to create folk-based music that is innovative, original and imaginative. Awards will be presented at the Awards Weekend Concerts help on April 3 and 4th in Charlottetown, PE.
