Pierre Kwenders and Clément Bazin unveil Classe Tendresse

Today Pierre Kwenders and French musician and producer Clément Bazin release their collaborative EP Classe Tendresse via Bonsound (Canada and USA) and Nowadays Records (rest of world).

The EP features four original songs, including the singles Sentiment and Ego released earlier this fall, recalling one’s journey through life, from childhood to old age. Through these songs, the listener will be transported by the sweetness of nostalgia that attempts to cure homesickness and the turmoil caused by harsh, heartbreaking goodbyes, but also by the recognition of how blessed one can be by the love they hold for their homeland and their brothers and sisters. Mixing traditional and melodic African beats with the steelpan riffs and Pierre Kwenders’ mesmerizing vocals, the two musicians created a unique sound that takes us on an emotional, multilingual voyage. Classe Tendresse is a celebration of life, filled with warm colours, that embraces the melancholy and obstacles found in one’s journey.
